On 13 May, our Managing Partner Miloš Komnenić took on the role of moderator at the RE:D Conference in Budva, leading the panel discussion “Regional Capital Entering Montenegro” – one of the centrepiece conversations of this year’s programme.

Joined by Adnan Bajramović (Founder & Co-owner, ALK Group), Angelina Nekić (VP Delta Holding & CEO, Delta Real Estate), and Budimir Raičković (President, Association of Managers of Montenegro), the panel explored what it takes for regional capital to find its footing in Montenegro – from regulatory considerations and market dynamics to the opportunities that remain on the table for serious investors.
