At the consultation dedicated to the new Company Law, held on 5 December and organized by the Unija poslodavaca Crne Gore, our Nemanja Radovic, a member of the expert team that drafted the final text of the Law, presented the key amendments and improvements introduced by the new legislation.

The consultation gathered representatives of the Employers Federation, Ministarstvo ekonomskog razvoja CG (Ministry of Economic Development MNE), Poreska uprava CG, as well as numerous employers who are part of the Federation’s membership.
In his presentation, Nemanja Radovic provided a detailed overview of the changes compared to the previous Company Law, emphasizing that the new legislation represents a more modern, advanced, and efficient regulatory framework.

A constructive discussion followed, during which he, together with other members of the expert team, addressed comments and concerns raised by employers regarding specific provisions, and responded to questions about the practical application of the new Law.
