Law Office Komnenic & Partners is pleased to announce its continued advisory role to Krolbay in connection with the development of the additional phase of the Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort.
Our engagement included comprehensive legal support in securing the construction permit, as well as advising on the revision of the existing agreement with Hyatt International, ensuring alignment with the brand’s operational and development standards.
The upcoming phase will comprise 25 high-end accommodation units, to be offered for sale under the condominium hotel model. Both construction and unit sales are scheduled to commence in early November 2025.
