Sandra Perišić
Sandra Perišić is a Senior Associate at Komnenić & Partners. Her practice encompasses Real Estate, Banking and Finance, Construction, Corporate and Employment matters, Commercial and Civil Litigation‚ with a particular focus on providing clients with tailor-made advice and representing major domestic and international clients before courts and administrative bodies.
Before joining Komnenić & Partners, Sandra spent four years as a Senior Associate at Karanović & Partners, where she advised clients across the real estate, energy, banking and finance, corporate and hospitality sectors. She also served as a Senior Lawyer at Luštica Development AD and held senior management positions in the financial and NPL industry.
Over the course of her career, Sandra has been involved in the negotiation, drafting and execution of complex commercial contracts, SPAs, construction agreements, concession arrangements, and employment structures. She has led high-value dispute resolution cases and provided strategic legal and regulatory advice to boards and management teams.
Sandra has represented and advised major clients such as Luštica Development, CKB bank, a member of OTP Group, and other real estate and financial institutions operating in Montenegro.
Sandra is a member of the Montenegrin Bar Association.
