Filip Vuković
Filip Vuković is a Senior Associate at Komnenić & Partners with seven years of professional experience. His practice focuses on corporate law and dispute resolution.
Filip’s previous experience includes a five-year period of cooperation with Karanović & Partners. During this time, he was involved in some of the most significant transactions in Montenegro, several of which received industry recognition. He also acted before courts at all levels in Montenegro, representing clients in high-profile commercial and civil disputes.
On the corporate side, his experience includes advising Kroll, FEG, Flutter Entertainment, and BIG CEE on several acquisitions and day-to-day corporate matters. Filip was also involved in various projects of KfW, DEG, the World Bank, as well as domestic and foreign commercial banks.
Alongside his corporate and financing work, Filip has also been involved in a number of large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Montenegro.
His dispute resolution practice is primarily focused on commercial litigation, complemented by experience in asset tracing and recovery. He also acquired expertise in cross-border disputes, working alongside top UK law firms on recognition and enforcement matters and interim measures.
Filip holds a law degree from the University of Montenegro, where he specialised in dispute resolution and was awarded multiple times for his academic achievements.
He is a member of the Montenegrin Bar Association as an attorney at law.
