Filip Kažić is a Senior Associate at Komnenić & Partners with a practice focused on dispute resolution, administrative proceedings, commercial litigation, and corporate law. His legal approach is defined by analytical precision, procedural clarity, and a strong understanding of institutional dynamics.
Prior to joining the firm, he gained valuable experience within the judiciary, having served at both the Basic Court and the Appellate Court in Podgorica. During that time, he was involved in a wide range of civil and administrative matters, including labour disputes, property relations, and commercial claims.
Filip Kažić holds a law degree from the University of Belgrade and is a member of the Montenegrin Bar Association.
