Through this work, he developed strong analytical skills and a high level of professional responsibility.
He began his career in the legal department of the construction company Čelebić, where he worked on labour law matters, HR processes, and the drafting of corporate acts and contractual documentation. This role strengthened his understanding of business operations and legal support for corporate entities.

He gained additional valuable experience at the General Secretariat of the Government of Montenegro, where he contributed to the preparation of materials for Government sessions, the analysis of regulations and strategic documents, and the coordination of communication among public administration bodies. This experience provided him with a detailed understanding of government procedures, decision-making processes, and the broader institutional and regulatory framework—an asset in advising clients operating in regulated sectors.
