Nemanja Radovic

Nemanja Radovic is a Partner at Komnenic & Partners. His practice focuses primarily on M&A, Restructuring, Dispute Resolution, Construction, Real Estate and Tourism.

Before becoming a member of Law Office Komnenic, he spent five years in Law Office Velimirovic & Partners. Nemanja was also a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Economy at the University of Montenegro from 2013 until 2016.

During his tenure at his previous work position as well as his current one, Nemanja advised and represented several foreign and domestic corporate clients operating in Montenegro in the resolution of commercial disputes, numerous regulatory and administrative matters, corporate advising and takeovers. In addition, he was involved in various commercial law topics and public affairs or issues.

Nemanja's big corporate and public clients include Appolo Global, Addiko, Sport Vision, Heta Asset Resolution, Government of Montenegro and local municipalities, NLB Bank, OTP Bank, A2A, EPCG, Port of Kotor, Budvanska Rivijera.

Nemanja obtained law degrees from the Faculty of Law at the University of Montenegro.

He is a member of the Montenegrin Bar Association as an attorney at law.
