As we look ahead to the 2025 CEE Legal Matters Deals of the Year Awards, we are pleased to share that our Managing Partner, Milos Komnenic, has been reappointed as a juror to the esteemed Country Selection Committee for Montenegro.
The CEE Deal of the Year Awards honour the most significant and impactful transactions across Central and Eastern Europe, recognising outstanding legal and transactional achievements since 2017.
As part of the Country Selection Committee, Milos Komnenic evaluated transactions based on their legal complexity, market significance, innovation, and overall impact on the CEE region, contributing his independent judgment and local expertise to the selection process.

The winners will be selected by the Final Selection Committee and announced at the annual CEE Deal of the Year Banquet in Bucharest in May 2026.
