Following a Public Call for bids, our client BIG MNE has officially signed a contract with the Municipality of Nikšić for a major land acquisition, aimed at developing a new shopping center.
Our law office, together with technical advisor Colliers, provided legal support throughout the bidding process and the signing of the SPA, and we will continue to follow the development till the project completion.
This investment will not only enhance the local commercial landscape but also contribute to economic growth and job creation.
