A2A - Our lawyers were lead team members in local legal advising of the A2A S.p.A, an Investor, about the closing of the transaction, obtaining competition and other relevant approvals in the Privatisation of the part of the “Elektroprivreda Crne Gore” AD Niksic in 2009.
A2A - Lead team members in advising of the consortium formed by A2A S.p.A and “Elektroprivreda Crna Gora” AD, as a qualified bidder in the concession award project for building Hydro plants on the Moraca River in Montenegro, which included advice, comments to the Tender, other legal documents and negotiations.
A2A - Our attorneys were lead team members in local legal advising to the A2A S.p.A in the negotiation process for execution of Shareholders Agreement with the Government of Montenegro for the operation and management over “Elektroprivreda Crne Gore” AD Niksic. (2014 – 2017).
A2A - General legal consultants of the management in Elektroprivreda Crne Gore, which activity was focused on daily legal matters and direct assistance to the managers until July 2017 when A2A activated Put Option.
A2A - Legal consultants to the A2A in the exit process from EPCG and Rudnik Uglja AD Pljevlja (coal mine), including activation of the Put Option towards the State of Montenegro, worth 250 Million EUR.
