Jelena Resetar

Jelena Resetar is currently pursuing a master’s degree in international and European Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Donja Gorica, further deepening her academic knowledge and specializing in this field.

Throughout her professional journey, she has gained significant experience through her engagement at Erste Bank AD Podgorica, where she initially worked as an intern and later as an assistant in the Department for Secretary Affairs and Compliance Monitoring. In these roles, she was responsible for preparing sessions of the Management and Supervisory Boards, drafting decisions in two languages, managing and updating regulatory reports, and preparing documentation for the Central Bank of Montenegro.

Jelena has actively participated in various legal training programs, including the Youth Speak Forum AISEC, the EU Law School, the Course on the European Convention and the European Court of Human Rights, and the Academy on Consumer Rights. Her commitment to legal practice is also reflected in her participation in legal clinics focused on providing free legal assistance to victims of domestic violence and observing trials at the Basic Court in Podgorica.

In addition to her native Montenegrin, Jelena has advanced proficiency in English and basic knowledge of German. She is skilled in using the Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and other digital tools. She also holds a category B driver’s license.

Her recent endeavors include participation in the Work and Travel Program, where she gained valuable cross-cultural communication skills and practical experience in diverse professional environments.
