Focus

We devote our undivided focus to impeccable legal service (and legal service only) and provide solely the services we excel in. Our credo is that seamless legal assistance supports and protects our clients' growth and drives our law firm's development. Simplicity

Compared to the standard practice of law firms, a reply to your request will not be “hidden” in a ten-page legal memo, out of which the majority is a disclaimer. Instead, with most of our clients, we have built a trustworthy relationship in which our clients nor we refrain from advice or be advised, even over the phone, with a short and direct answer.

Client care

We believe that client care is paramount and that the direct on-site presence in Montenegro of the appointed team leader is crucial for the client's needs and safe navigation. Therefore, despite being licensed to operate also in Serbia, we use it only in Montenegro. In the case of the need of our clients for regional services, we have a long-term relationship with boutique local law firms across the region and Europe to whom we convey requests of our clients or partners. Regardless of the similarity of the legal systems, we bear in mind that "the devil is in the details", not only in the legal system yet in relevant markets, industry, mentality and governmental accessibility.

Loyalty

Conflict of interest is a common issue, either direct or indirect. We do not believe the “Chinese wall” approach might be applied in legal services, particularly not in developing countries or regions like the Western Balkans. Instead of jumping from client to client, depending on the size and size of his pocket, or pretending to play on top of the wall, we tend to build a long-term relation, fruitful and trustworthy on both ends. Finally, if such a conflict occurs, we apply a simple first come, first served standard.
