Danilo Ćetković

Danilo Ćetković is an attorney-at-law at Komnenić & Partners, with a professional focus on dispute resolution, commercial and civil litigation, administrative law, and corporate and business law.

He holds a law degree from the University of Montenegro, Faculty of Law in Podgorica, where he specialized in business law. Danilo has been recognized with multiple national awards and scholarships. He is a winner of a Council of Europe Moot Court program and a two-time participant in regional human rights competitions. He is distinguished by his ability to decomplexify legal issues and craft clear, regulation-aligned solutions grounded in a strong command of ratio legis.

Before joining the firm, Danilo completed a three-year traineeship across Montenegrin courts and the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office, where he drafted judgments, decisions, indictments, and appeals, and participated in trials and prosecutorial proceedings. His experience spans the Administrative, Commercial, Basic, Misdemeanor, and Higher Courts, giving him comprehensive insight into institutional practice, judicial reasoning, and procedural nuances.

He also worked with the Vukmirović Mišić Law Firm, focusing on dispute resolution, commercial and civil litigation, administrative law, and matters involving banking & finance, real estate, and corporate governance. His work included drafting contracts, legal opinions, and constitutional complaints.

Danilo is a member of the Montenegrin Bar Association and MENSA Montenegro.
